America: The Home of the Poor

At one point in its History, America was truly a blessed nation.

We were a beacon of light in a dark world and because of this, many people from many different cultures flocked to America with the hopes of partaking in her prosperity.

According to one foreigner, he wanted to move to America because it was a land where even the poor people were extremely FAT!

America: The former home of Prosperity

America was once a “lender” to other nations, we even helped protect and establish many other nations in their times of trouble, But those days are long behind us.

America has now become a nation plagued with debt.

Greedy men have hijacked every major system of governance from politics to law enforcement — and as a direct result, this once great nation has plunged so deep into debt that the pit seems to be “bottomless”.

American Debt: The Mistake that happened 7 Trillion times

The U.S. government is roughly 7 trillion dollars in debt, and this figure is steadily climbing — yet some people still believe that this is happening by accident.

Think about this — If I stepped on your foot 1,000 times,
Would you believe me if I told you that it was a mistake on the 1,001-st time?

Maybe 5 – 10 times it could pass — but there comes a point where one must step back and begin to question whether the occurrence of this “accidental” event is really an accident.

The same concept can be applied to the current situation of our Economy.

People claim that this is nothing more than a mishap, Politicians promise to fix it
— yet it continues. Yet nothing changes.

Year after year…
Republican after Republican…
Democrat after after Democrat…

The condition of our nation continues to decline, yet no one says a word.

But what is so sad about this is the fact that the entire world knows that America is in serious economic trouble — Except American citizens.

And whenever we do finally realize that something is not going well, or that there is corruption in some part of our government (such as the IRS) — We scream and fuss for a little bit, but then someone comes out with a megaphone and assures us that things will get better — we then march back home satisfied enough to sit back and watch our favorite sitcom for 3 hours.

Can you wonder why problems rarely get solved in this country?

Furthermore, due to the “Crises” taking place within our own borders — we are too busy looking at the trees to realize that we are in a forest.

After all, we have to worry about things such as…

  • Terrorism
  • Cop Abuse
  • Race Wars
  • Illegal Immigration
  • Unemployment Rates
  • Etc

With all of this going on, who can take time to start worrying about the boring aspects of tracking American finance and spending?

After all — we pay congress to make sure everything is working well. Plus, as of now we are only 7 trillion in debt, and that number is steadily climbing!

Clearly — they are doing a great job!

The Death of the U.S. Dollar

bank-of-america

As noted earlier, the entire world is beginning to realize that America has been hijacked by bank’ster gangsters who are essentially turning our nations economy into a giant “Pyramid Scheme” using the federal reserve as its weapon of choice.

All the wealth of this nation is being extracted and the only thing that is keeping it afloat is the Federal Reserve’s ability to print off more of those paper dollars that we love so much.

Although there is much more detail to understanding the function of the federal reserve, the following quote is the ‘For Dummies’ explanation of what is taking place.

“The Federal Reserve is printing out ‘Phony Money’ whenever it feels like it. But the more U.S. dollars circulating the U.S. economy and the globe then the less value that $1 holds.”

But what will happen when the world realizes that the paper money we work so hard for in America — is essentially worthless?

Unfortunately, this is another area where Americans are behind the rest of the world.

America’s “Hot-Potato”:

A simple way to explain the current situation of America’s economy is like a game of hot-potato. You guys remember that game right?

Where you take a “potato” (ball or object) and pass it around while the music is playing — and when the music stops, whoever is left holding the potato loses and the game continues.

This is essentially what is going on in the world today, and the “Potato” in this scenario is the American dollar.

Country’s like Australia, Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, and Iran have begun realizing that the American dollar is declining in value. Not only that but they have actively and systematically been seeking for ways to bypass the U.S. dollar because once the value of $1 drops to $0 — would you want to be left holding 1 Billion U.S. dollars?

Corrupted Wealth: Where does your Heart rest?

In Matthew 6:19 Jesus told his disciples the following…

(Matthew 6:19 KJV)  Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

(Matthew 6:20 KJV)  But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

(Matthew 6:21 KJV)  For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

While talking to his disciples, Jesus told them that they should not seek to lay up for themselves earthly wealth (treasure).

Now of course this does not mean that there is something wrong with having earthly wealth if GOD has given you the grace to attain it — Instead it means don’t let your desire for money become your “god”.

The Bible tells us that the Earth itself is corroding and fading away (1 Matt 24:35), therefore of course the wealth of the earth is following quickly behind it. Not only that but there are thieves here who will stop at nothing to fulfill their own greed.

Jesus told his disciples that they should place their treasures heaven where there will be no death, erosion, nor thief to come in and rob you of your possessions.

Everything we gain in this life is only temporal (2 corin. 4:18),
but if you place your faith in Jesus Christ — both your life and your reward will be Eternal. (1 John 2:17)
