DALLAS, TX — Tonya Parker is a local judge residing in Dallas Texas.
Parker is one of the few openly-gay judges in Dallas, but this is not what has brought her so much attention over the last couple of years.
According to her own statements, Parker refuses to perform marriage ceremonies until same-sex couples are also granted the same freedom.
Although Parker has faced much scrutiny in response to her protest, she remains adamant on her position.
“I’m sorry. I don’t perform marriage ceremonies because we are in a state that does not have marriage equality, and until it does, I am not going to partially apply the law to one group of people that doesn’t apply to another group of people.”
Said Parker.
She continued…
“It’s kind of oxymoronic for me to perform ceremonies that can’t be performed for me, so I’m not going to do it.””
Adding..
“I do not perform [marriages] because it is not an equal application of the law. Period.”
In 2012, Parker issued a statement to the public pertaining to this issue,
in which she stated…
“I faithfully and fully perform all of my duties as the Presiding Judge of the 116th Civil District Court, where it is my honor to serve the citizens of Dallas County and the parties who have matters before the Court.”
“Performing marriage ceremonies is not a duty that I have as the Presiding Judge of a civil district court.”
“It is a right and privilege invested in me under the Family Code. I choose not to exercise it, as many other Judges do not exercise it.”
It seems that with every passing day America increases in civility but declines morality.
This is shocking considering that American was once a shining beacon of hope, freedom, and most importantly Justice — not just to its citizens, but to the World.
In the 1920s, When Joseph Stalin (Leader of the Soviet Union) was burning Churches, starving citizens, and killing Christians, Ukrainians, and anyone else who stood in the way
Who Came to the rescue?
In the1940s, When Adolf Hitler (Dictator of Nazi Germany) killed over 10 million Jews as well as senior-citizens and anyone else he deemed ‘Unfit’
Who Saved the Day?
… It was America.
And I would argue that this was solely because the foundation of America was ‘laid’ around the Judeo-Christian GOD who himself is the author of hope, freedom, and Justice.
Unfortunately, somewhere down-the-line America was ‘duped’ into trading-out our Christian values and instead adopted a foolish “Every one do what you want” policy.
As time progressed, America slowly drifted away from the GOD of the Bible and quickly drifted toward a false-god who promised to give us everything we want.
… the name of the new god of America is Freedom.
In America not only are we free to be moral, but we are also free to be immoral.
America has become a land where everything is tolerated.
Furthermore America has strayed so far away from GOD and his standards that we are willing to deny his existence — so long as it rids them from obeying him.
Instead of glorifying the GOD of all creation who is worthy to be praised, we have instead substituted false and lying knowledge claiming that he does not exist.
(Romans 1:22-23) “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.”
(Romans 1:24) “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:”
(Romans 1:25) “Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.”
Another translation of the ideology that America has adopted can be found directly in the satanic bible…
“Do what thou wilt, shall be the whole of the law”
This phrase explains so much of what we see taking place in America today.
Whether it is on controversial issues such as….
The fundamental trend that we commonly observe is that with each new “Law” America takes one giant leap away from the foundation it was laid upon.
In the book of Isaiah, the Prophet summed up what we are observing in America perfectly.
(Isaiah 5:20) “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”
America has removed GOD from every crevice of government and public affair.
In fact, Christians are encouraged to leave their religion “at home” in order to keep from offending others.
Furthermore anyone who defies this is often accused of being Intolerant, while anyone who speaks against the evil that we see in America is often accused of “Hate Speech” which is literally a crime.
Judging by the rate in which America is moving away from GOD, I would conclude that it won’t be much longer until biblical Christianity is considered a crime in “The Land of The Free”.
