DALLAS, TX — In northern Texas, A group of Muslims have created what may are deeming Islam’s first public attempt to bring Sharia Law into America.
The Islamic Tribunal (which is essentially a ‘Sharia’ proxy) claims that its only objective is to help solve disputes and problems within the Muslim Community, stating that it is a place where American Muslims can go and receive advice in ‘civil disputes’ and Islamic related conflicts. However, the organization claims that its activity will not interfere with American Laws (which is exactly what it is doing).
According to their Official website, Its purpose is defined as the following…
“This institution will serve an important niche in our society because we as Muslims in the United States need to unite on our common belief and creed. United under one tent, have one voice, with no differences, and stop all the infighting.”
“Allah SWT says, “And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves.” (3; 103)”
Continuing…
“The need is great in our community to initiate the Islamic Tribunal (IT) to get an Islamic solution for our disputes and conflicts. It is permissible to disagree with each other but it is not permissible if we as Muslims cannot find a proper solution to our issues.”
“Allah SWT says, “Nothing have we omitted from the Book.” (6; 38)”
This ‘Tribunal’ claims that it provides an islamic solution for Muslim disputes and conflicts.
However unlike ISIS and the Muslims we see in the middle east strapping bombs to themselves and chopping off the heads of non-believers, this tribunal claims that the organization is peaceful. Stating that its only purpose is to unite Muslims while allowing non-believers to feel the ‘mercy’ of Allah.
“With the phenomenal growth of our institutions it is obvious that American Muslims need to work together for a common goal, helping each other for the sake of Allah SWT and show non-Muslim communities that we are here in this country to spread peace and love.”
“It is important to always show support and that we are willing to lend a helping hand to all Muslims and non-Muslims, to let them feel the mercy of Allah SWT”
“This was the sole purpose of Allah SWT sending the Prophet Muhammad, may Allah’s peace and blessing be upon him. Allah SWT says, “We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures.” (21; 107)”
Wow, now doesn’t that sound nice?
I mean if they are only here to spread peace and love, who can argue with that?
Unfortunately, as you will soon Discover — Sharia (The Islamic law) is only ‘Peaceful’ and ‘Loving’ to those who adhere to its teachings (Muslims). However to anyone else (Primarily Christians and Jews), it is a brutal, heartless, and deceptive beast.

I am sure some of you may be wondering what is so bad about having an Islamic Tribunal operating within American borders, allow me to explain with an analogy.
Lets say there is a married Muslim couple living in Dallas, Texas.
The couple get into an argument and end up coming to see this Tribunal for guidance on the dispute between the two. When the couple walks through the door, everyone notices that the woman has a black-eye and a fat-lip.
So when the Islamic council sees her, they ask the Husband what happened and he tells them that she was arguing with him and not showing him respect so he hits her (several times).
Now under American Law, it is never permissible for a husband to hit his wife simply because she was speaking her mind (it is her right as an American citizen). However in Islam (Under Sharia Law), the Woman is expected to be subservient to her husband — even if he is wrong.
Qur’an (4:34) – “Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded;
and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great.”
Here we see that whenever a woman does not obey this command, the husband now has the right to ‘Discipline’ his wife as he sees fit. Therefore when the couple comes before this Islamic Tribunal, it is the Man that will be justified and the woman that will be guilty.
But lets take it a step further, lets assume that the woman ‘God-forbid’ Cheated on her husband.
According to Sharia Law, the husband not only has permission to punish his Wife however he sees fit — but he also has the right (and Islamic duty) to put her to death and if the Islamic Tribunal is truly following the teachings of the Qur’an — they must agree.
In Islam this is known as an Honor Killing, Wikipedia defines it as follows…
“An honor killing is the homicide of a member of a family by other members, due to the perpetrators’ belief that the victim has brought shame or dishonor upon the family, or has violated the principles of a community or a religion, usually for reasons such as refusing to enter an arranged marriage, being in a relationship that is disapproved by their family, having sex outside marriage, becoming the victim of rape, dressing in ways which are deemed inappropriate, or engaging in homosexual relations”
However unlike in Sharia Law, In America it is never permissible to kill someone for their choice on how to live their life. Furthermore when it comes to marriage, even if your spouse cheats on you — you do not have the right to end his or her life.
This is why having a Tribunal operating within this Country is so dangerous, It opens a door for another judicial and legal system to challenge American laws.
Because ‘Sharia’ is the official governing principle in Islam (although not practiced in America) — What ‘Law’ do you think these Islamic scholars will use to guide their Tribunal? American Law, or the Laws of ‘Allah’?
It doesn’t take a rocket-scientist to see where this is heading.
I will admit, Islam (as a whole) tends to be a very peaceful and loving religion — But that is usually until they can get a foot in the door and gain control over a society (That is usually when the swords, Bombs, and Decapitations kick in).
But why is this?
The answer is quite simple, It is their religious Duty.
Just as Christians are instructed to care for the poor, the Widow, and the Fatherless — Muslims are instructed to wage WAR with non-believers.
Don’t believe me?
Lets have a look at the SAME Qur’an that the Islamic Tribunal was quoting from.
“And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah [disbelief or unrest] is worse than killing (2:191-193)”
In this passage, Muslims are being told to fight non-Muslims.
Why? Because they don’t believe.
“Fight those who BELIEVE NOT in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. (9:29)”
Now I am sure that some of you may be wondering why the Islamic Tribunal failed to mention these verses when they were crafting their ‘Mission Statement’ for their American organization.
I can answer that question in one word…
al-Taqiyya
… Ok technically it looks like 2, However allow me to explain the concept.
al-Taqiyya is a known concept in Islam that essentially gives a Muslim the right to ‘Lie’ and ‘Deceive’ as long as they are trying to further the cause of Islam (or the ‘Islamic Agenda’)
Wikipedia explains it like this…
“In Shi’a Islam, taqiya (تقیة taqiyyah/taqīyah) is a form of religious dissimulation,[1] or a legal dispensation whereby a believing individual can deny his faith or commit otherwise illegal or blasphemous acts, specially while they are in fear or at risk of significant persecution”
And like this…
“A similar concept in Sunni Islam is known as idtirar (إضطرار) “coercion”. A related concept is known as kitman “concealment; dissimulation by omission”. Also related is the concept of ḥiyal, legalistic deception practiced not necessarily in a religious context but to gain political or legalistic advantage.”
Although this concept can be explained further, for brevity’s sake just understand that al-Taqiya is essentially a cheat-code that let Muslims break the rules of Allah without Punishment.
It is the equivalent to a Christian telling you that GOD has given them permission to Lie, Cheat, or Steal in certain circumstances.
(Now that doesn’t sound like an Honest ‘God’ Does it?)
However in Islam, this is essentially what this means. Muslims can break certain rules of Allah without Punishment so long as they are promoting the Islamic Cause.
Judging from the misleading ‘Mission Statement’ found on the Islamic Tribunal’s website, I can only conclude that this is exactly what they are doing — purposely misleading America in order to get a foot-hold on our society.
I mean think about it, these men are experts not only in the Qur’an — but also in Islamic law and eschatology. Therefore I have a hard time accepting the premise that they simply ‘Forgot’ about the ‘Verses of Violence’ that can be easily found within the Qur’an.
In fact, the Prophet Muhammad himself practiced al-Taqiyya in which he and his followers remained peaceful while in a land dominated by other faiths — but then turned to violence after he accumulated enough followers.
Yet in Islam, there is nothing wrong with Deception — as long as you are doing it for ‘Allah’s Sake’.

When you turn on the Television, you see Islamic groups such as ISIS and Boko Haram, However when you come to America — you will undoubtedly see peaceful Muslims who don’t pursue violence.
Which is the real version of Islam?
Although people like President Obama will get on national television and assure you that only the ‘Peaceful’ followers of Islam are truly following the religion accurately, the real answer is…
… Both.
If you have ever glanced at a Qur’an (or at least had a lengthy discussion with a Muslim), no doubt you have come across what many consider the ‘Peaceful’ verses of Islam. However the same Qur’an contains verses of unbelievable violence and cruelty.
Shockingly, The Peaceful Muslims and the Violent Muslims are both reading from the same book. So what could be causing the radical difference?
It is Interpretation.
The Qur’an contains both, verses of peace and violence. The primary reason behind this is because in Islam, there is a time for peace and a time for violence.
If Muslims are outnumbered and unable to dominate a society, then it is a time for peace. If Muslims are in the majority and have control over a society, then it is a time for violence (Killing non-believers).
Remember that the Prophet Muhammad did exactly this.
Furthermore, the Qur’an tells them to fight until there is no more disbelief…
“Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day… (Quran 9:29)”
So if you have ever wondered why Muslims in the Middle East are so radical while the Muslims in America are very peaceful — it is because of this reason.
If you are American, you have probably noticed that many American Muslims turn against groups like ISIS and Boko Haram because they exercise violence against non-muslims. However when you look at the Qur’an you see that they are simply following after the example of Muhammad and obeying the verses found in the Qur’an.
“Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not. (2:216)”
However, Just like American Muslims look down upon Middle-eastern Muslims
— Middle-Eastern Muslims look down upon American Muslims because they are not waging Jihad (Holy War) upon America but are instead remaining honestly peaceful (not deceptively peaceful as in al-Taqiyya)
Although Islam calls itself a religion of Peace, anyone who denies that it is also a religion of violence is not being honest with themselves and true to the religion.
However just as a little dirt can make something unclean, the same concept must be applied to the Islamic Ideology. Because it in fact instructs its followers to slay non-believers — It can’t honestly call itself a ‘Peaceful’ religion.

The Islamic Tribunal in Texas appears to be nothing more than the introduction of Sharia into America.
Furthermore judging by the rapid growth of Islam within America — I predict that it won’t be very long until you have thousands of Muslims demanding their own towns, cities where they can be ruled and governed by Islamic version of our U.S. Constitution (Which is Sharia-law).
When you look back across History, you see that there is one tactic that is being used by the Islamic world to spread and expand its dominance.
Whenever Islam begans to dominate and overtake a country, it follows the same logical process.
This process has enabled the Islamic world to gain a foothold in virtually every Nation on earth. Britain, Germany, Russia, China, Austria, and even the United States.
In fact, the only nation that appears to be resisting Islam’s influence is Israel (because they have learned through the school of ‘Hard-Knocks’ what can happen if you genocidal enemies are allowed to infiltrate the land.)
However as Americans, although the we may not immediately see the fruit of our inaction against this foreign (and now Domestic) threat attempting to invade our homeland — If nothing is done to stop it, it will be our children and grand-children that pay the price.
Islam is quickly rising and spreading within America, and the persecution of anyone who opposes its expansion is growing daily.
Christians (or anyone else) who dare to speak out against the Islamic invasion that is currently flooding this Nation are being labeled “Intolerant Racists” or “Islamophobic”.
However if we allow the persecution to stop us from speaking loud against this attempt to topple America — there won’t be an America for very long (at least not the one we know).
To sum up the entire creed of Islam, I leave you with the infamous words of President Barack Obama in a 2012 to the UN General Assembly…
“The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.”
